Welcome to LamaCycles: Cody Becker8 juillet
We are happy to welcome "Kelownian" rider Cody Becker amongst our Freestyle Team! Cody is the kind of rider that is constantly stepping up his riding game at an exponential pace. Very insprired by Matt Macduff, he's not afraid to go big, but he's also very comfortable with technical jibs. This 15 second teaser will give you little preview of what he's got in the works and we also have his 2015 bike check just below. Enjoy!
Name: Cody Becker
Location: Kelowna, BC
Years riding: 20

2015 BIKE CHECK
Why do you ride that particular frame?
The Void is a nice tight frame, short chain stays are a dream to work with and the steer tube angle is to die for.
Your impressions on your new ride?
I’m loving it, wanted something light, solid and strong. Something I can really pedal hard with and it will keep its speed.
Concerned about your bike weight? You know how much it weighs?
Lighter is always better but you won’t see me take weight over strength. I’m just under 18lbs.
How’s life outside of biking? Do you go to school? What kind of work do you do?
I just finished my 3rd year as a body man so cars are a big deal. If ya’ aint rubbin’ you aint dubbin’!
Any trips you’re trying to make happen this summer?
I trying to make the plane trip out east to see the crew down there and get a hopefully get a Lama team cruise going!
Best way people can keep up with you?
Do you have any shout outs or thanks?
I’d like to thank the people and brands who’ve actually supported me and pushed me, my mom because she puts up with me, Jesse Dormuth for the frequent hospital trips and anyone who was willing to grab a camera and film a clip for me! You da’ real MVP!
