Warranty claims
Each product has different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer. It is at the manufacturer's discretion to repair or replace the item within their prescribed warranty period. Lamacycles is not a warranty return center; however we can assist you in reaching the manufacturer by contacting us. This being said, we are riders offering you guys (riders as well) products we believe in and ride day in day out. So rest assured we'll take care of you!
Note that charges of 10$ + Shipping per warranty are applicable.

We accept returns on all products up to 14 DAYS after the order is placed. Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs unless we are at fault. We only accept returns on unused and un-installed, still in the original unopened packaging.
Sales are final for all products sold at 30% off or more, which means no returns and no refunds.
Please note that if you refuse the package upon delivery without contacting us first you will be charged the 15% restock fee as well as all the shipping fees associated to your order (to and from your address).
Refunds may be issued back on the same payment method you used for buying your item or a different method if necessary.
